Returns


You have 7 calendar days to request a return authorization from the date that your furniture is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the like new condition that you
received it.(no smoke damage, etc.)

You must have a proof of purchase.

You are responsible for all freight charges to and from the store

If you return an item for reasons other than damage you will be responsible for freight / assembly charges for the original delivery if a refund store credit is given or a chargeback is initiated


Repairs or Damage Claims


Must be made in the First 48-hours of receiving the product. You will need to provide pictures of
damage( one image of damage, and another image zoomed out showing where damage is
located on the item). Also a picture of the law tag with the item’s serial number, and a copy of
the invoice. These can all be sent to: homegalleryfurniture@gmail.com

Refunds / Store Credit



Mattresses and upholstered item are not eligible for a refund and only a store credit or exchange will be provided.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund / store credit after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved and a refund is authorized, we will initiate a refund to your credit card ( or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within 14 business days, depending on your card issuers
policies. If a store credit is issued, We will issue a gift certificate to the original purchaser at the delivery address.

Gift certificates are transferable and will expire within 1 year

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
from your refund.
